During our cooking classes, you’ll discover essential culinary techniques and chef’s tips for sublimating each dish. Christophe Hamonou will enthusiastically share his know-how, guiding you step by step in the preparation of a variety of recipes. You’ll learn to work with noble, local produce, with the emphasis on freshness and quality of ingredients.
Our cooking classes cover a wide range of preparations: fish, vegetables, starches, meats, hors d’oeuvres, pastries, etc. Each session is designed to enable you to explore and master different facets of the culinary art.
You’ll go home with the products you’ve made at the end of your cooking class. You’ll also receive detailed recipe cards, enabling you to reproduce these dishes at home and share your new skills with friends and family.

Christophe Hamonou
Christophe Hamonou was Bernard Arnault’s personal chef for 11 years, while also managing the kitchens at Christian Dior Couture – Paris, following stints at Paul Bocuse in Lyon and the Grand Hôtel de Cabourg. He was also head chef at the G8 in Deauville.
At Le Domaine d’Angerville, he’s as keen to showcase his expertise as he is the produce of the Normandy countryside. Gourmet, no-nonsense, authentic cuisine. Generous portions and quality products are the two pillars of his cuisine, which he aims to share with his guests.
